The Strategy Analysis and Development Framework has been developed
and utilised over a number of years by Value Solutions. The framework depicts how
Value Solutions would go about analysing and developing whole life strategies not
only in terms of projects but also business strategy and programme strategies. It
also outlines the areas where Value Management, Risk Management and Whole Life Costing
interventions are likely to be.
The framework is the result of research and work carried out with
a number of organisations, including the Environment Agency, the Office of Government
Commerce and the University of Leeds.
